Tintin turns 75!!

I grew up on a lot of stuff, mainly books. Tintin and The Hardy Boys and Archie constituted a major chunk. Tintin turned 75 last week. Heres to you my friend ...

When I get a job or start my own business and start settling down in life - I'm gonna buy all Tintin, Asterix and Calvin & Hobbes issues. Really.

Hey anya, you are my buddy for life because of this post.I grew up with pretty much the same choice of books/comics and Tintin had a certain class which I find very hard to see in most other books save the "Phantom" series. Also,no parallel to capt. Haddock and the ever "hearing-impaired" calculus.Between I have named my dog Tintin, not an insult, but the lil fella(my doggie I mean) is so darn cute.A tan daschund he is.Try dropping by my blog sometime
